Burra is a small quiet rural community, about 30Km south of Queanbeyan (the closest shops) and 50Km from Canberra. We have a small house (with a large library of books and CDs) on about 6Ha of mainly forest, close to the Tinderry Nature Reserve. We have 2 cuddly cats, with a 10pm curfew. They are used to wearing collars, with cat locators on them. The house has a wood heater, so wood has to be chopped. NBN satellite internet is available, wi-fi and wired. The local community is very welcoming.
