I have a 3 X 1 close to town and close to the inlet and beach. The house is heated by either reverse cycle or a wood burner. Bunbury is a country town about 2 hours south of Perth and just over an hour for the wine region of Margaret River. I have 2 pugs who like company and will need to be walked/run mornings and evening. My garden is low maintenance and will take care of itself. There is plenty of room to park a car and caravan inside the gates.
