Requirements
We have 2 domestic shorthair cats - in at night and one medium size crossbreed dog.
Our home is in the foothills and have evaporative conditioning and is well designed for cooling naturally. It is on a large block and we would need a sitter to water some of the garden ( close to the house only and plants on the deck)
