We have a lovely little schnauzer (Willow), three finches (outside) and some fish. We would like someone to live in our house which is a one story open plan, four bedrooms, pool and backyard while we are visiting relatives in the UK over Christmas and January. We would like the person to walk Willow every day and cuddle her (she is a cuddle-bug) and feed her as well as feed the birds and the fish. We will clean the bird cage and the fish tank before we leave so they won't need to do that. We would like them to water the plants in the flower pots around the pool area and water the front and back garden once per week. We would also like them to collect our mail and put it inside (we will stop our mail, but just in case something turns up). We have a couple of houseplants inside as well and they would need a little bit of water once per week. We would like the person to enjoy the pool - and to keep it clean. We will have the house cleaned before they arrive and we would like it to be clean when we get back. We do not want smokers in the house please. Would suit an older couple. We don't want large parties happening there, but of course having friends over is fine with us.
