We would like house sitters to live in and enjoy our comfortable home, north-facing with reverse cycle air-conditioners, in a quiet street in Gunnedah NSW. We have no pets. Our garden is well mulched but may need watering in dry weather. We have a ride-on mower, if lawns need mowing.

Take a few days away to explore the area, no problem. There is room to park a caravan or motor home. Gunnedah has a lot of community, sporting and cultural activities to enjoy.

Our start date cannot be delayed but our finish date is flexible.
