40 acres bushland with log type cabin open space with one bedroom with an air conditioner in it. Foxtel is available to watch (not on demand though) with history channel. House is on rain water so house sitter needs to have water conservation down to a T short showers 5 mins or less. House has solar power and battery backup if mains power goes out. Toilet is on dam water. The job is Letting poultry out of chook houses and locking up at night. Also pet duck needs clean water and feed each day. Feeding chooks usually 4 pm ish before they go to bed,keeping an eye out for goannas or other predditors. There are some wild birds to feed. The property is 1 hour from 1770 beach and 1 hour from Bundaberg or 1 hour from gladstone. There will be a neighbour who will remove any snakes if needed or any dramas eg pump etc. Nice easy job with peaceful environment, 2 km from Post office and pub with nice meals and takeaway foods near tourist beaches.
