Accommodation in fully self contained granny flat. Require someone to maintain gardens - watering, weeding (as needed) vegetable gardens, (helping yourself to its bounties) and perhaps a mow around house areas, watering hanging baskets (only a few), watering various gardens, general garden tidy ups. We have no pets at this stage. Although I do sometimes feed a kookaburra. It's during the cooler months so not too much to do. Access to enjoy verandah areas of main residence. Suit single independent person who would enjoying the peace and quiet of our semi rural environment. Must have own vehicle. No public transport. 9km from town.
