We live in a 3 bed x 1 bathroom unit. It's cute and cosy with a nice outdoor back area. Our beautiful Staffy x Boxer is 8 months old. So patience is needed from you! She's a ball of fun and love! She's toilet trained. She doesn't do any destructive chewing. She loves people so so much. Little bit too much when she first meets them. Her tail will begin to rapidly wag and she does jump up. We've been working so hard on containing her excitement levels so she's slowly learning. She's just a pup after all! She socialises well with other dogs. Our house is 1-2 mins walk to 2 coffee shops (doggy friendly), Pizza and Pasta (byo), Vietnamese food, bike shop, Post Office, Pharmacy, Bakery, Hairdresser, Beautician, and IGA. 15 min walk to the beach with pubs, cafes and coles along the esplanade. In the area there are various yoga, pilates, bikram yoga, bikes trails, reserves parks and beaches (mostly dog friendly), bootcamps and gyms. 15-20 min drive to Perth city. 15-20 min to Fremantle. 30 min drive to Airport. 40 min drive to Swan Valley (some great hill walks, wineries and breweries.) 2 Westfield shopping centres very close by.
