We have 3 dogs that are well behaved & they get on really good. 1 cat she is independent but loves a head scratch while sharing end of couch. House is easy to look after & in quite culdesac. You will have your own bedroom with double bed plus 2nd bathroom for your own use. No special requirements for the animals or the house.
