Hi! We are heading away for 2 weeks during the school holidays from 21 September and returning on 5 October.

We have a 3 bedroom home on an acre with an inground pool. We have an excitable 6 year old dog who is labrador cross golden retriever (but most think he has rottie in him because of his markings). He will be super sad that we (mainly daddy) are leaving him for a couple of weeks. He is an outside dog, very protective of his yard but loves company! We also have two turtles which would just require being fed every second day. We also have 9 chickens who just require to be let out of their pen in the morning and they just wonder around our yard all day and put themselves away at sundown.

We would prefer a semi-retired/retired/work from home couple to ensure our big pup won't fret while we are away. We are looking for non-smokers who will treat our home as theirs. There won't be any garden maintenance to do but by all means you are welcome to potter as it is a beautiful space. We have a high back deck due to the sloping block. We have a bird feeder on the back deck which sees lots of visitors daily such as galahs, lorikeets and cockatoos. Please reach out if you are able to look after our home and pets for the two weeks we are away. Thank you!
