We live on a mixed farm of 70 acres. We have cattle, sheep and donkeys grazing on the farm and 8 hens providing fresh eggs. Neighbours are always willing to help look after the farm animals and are a great support when we are away. The house has 3 bedrooms and there is a self contained chalet adjoining which we usually rent out on AirBnB. We have a veggie garden, greenhouse, mixed orchard and a large flower garden. Our farm is 30 minutes south of Hobart and 10 minutes away from Huonville where there are restaurants, supermarkets and shops. The Huon Valley is famous for its beautiful scenery, wineries and gourmet agricultural products. The neighbourhood is friendly and safe and life here is relaxing and 'back to nature'. We have lived here for 40 years and love the area.
