One older Burmese cat. He lets himself in and out of the cat flap. He likes to eat a little wet food in the morning and dry food at his leisure. He loves cuddles (especially in bed or on the sofa.. Sometimes he'll wrap his paws around you) and gets sad if you're away for too long. He doesn't really like other animals and he needs a little bit of play time in the evening (but I always encourage it in he lounge only)

The house is a duplex in st kilda with a good sized back yard, on street parking with a Permit (some spare visitor permits)

The place is Art Deco but with a brand new bathroom.

It's two bedroom and the lounge room is a good size with unlimited internet, Optus fetch TV including sports.

We sometimes rent out the second room so there would be a small possibility of someone else being there but nothing concrete at this stage as our current short term spare room user leaves late November.
