Looking for a quiet housesitter (single/couple or small family) to mind our home and 2 kelpie dogs. We are in Boorabee Park, 10 min from Kyogle and 35 min from Lismore in the majestic McPherson Ranges, close to the Border Ranges Subtropical Rainforest NP, Mt Warning, Nimbin and the awesome beaches of Northern NSW (1hr). We have 10 acres in a beautiful valley with a very accessible creek and decent swimming hole. No gardening demanded but I'll leave a brushcutter and a fuel can in case you feel the urge (not expected). It's a tidy, spacious and open layout home with two bedrooms available for your use, one with a queen bed and the other with a single bed. We have all modern facilities including broadband internet, pay tv and landline. No mobile reception but you can log in to our internet for smartphone, tablet or laptop. Our kitchen is a little rough but we have an excellent electric convection/microwave oven and a gas campstove outside on the verandah. We have a nice clean comfy bathroom with shower and fully equipped laundry. Double carport. Of course we would need you to feed and water our dogs daily.
