Hello :)

We are looking for someone to take care of our family home in Beaumaris and our one year old Border Collie Sandy.

The house is in a quiet street only a couple of kilometres away from the beach. We have two excellent airconditioners to keep the entire house cool. Most windows have retractable outdoor blinds. We also have a large umbrella for the outdoor deck and bbq area.

We have two living areas - each has a television. We have Wifi and Foxtel, and one tv also has the Internet and Netflix.

The jobs we would need a house sitter to do - are as follows:

(1) Relax and enjoy yourself :)

(2) Bringing the mail inside,

(3) watering plants/garden and

(4) putting out the rubbish bins

(5) feeding and exercising (and patting) Sandy the dog

Sandy is an affectionate, happy dog that sleeps almost all day and all through the night after she has played fetch the ball in the park in the morning. She has her own doggy door so she comes in and out as she pleases. She is used to having company during the day so this house-sit would suit someone who loves enjoys being at home.

Being summer, the garden beds will need to be watered (especially on the super hot days). I also have a few indoor house plants to water please.

It is an easy house to maintain. We are happy to pay for our house cleaner to continue to clean on a fortnightly basis if that suits you. We also have a gardener who does the lawns - we can schedule him around your stay - or if you prefer during.
