Hello ... I am looking for a housesitter to look after our property and fur babies while my daughter and I go to New Zealand for Christmas. We live on 8 acres in a semi rural area called Carters Ridge in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, with our closest town being 20 minutes away (Cooroy). Noosa and beaches are approximately 45 minutes away. There is no public transport in our area so having your own vehicle is a necessity. We have plenty of room to park a mobile home, if that’s what you travel in.

We have two elderly, but still very playful, small dogs and two friendly cats that are used to having someone around a lot and love receiving pats and cuddles. We also have a beautiful golden retriever but, at this stage, she will be going to stay at a friend’s place. We have a pool to swim in, lots of books to read and lots of movies to watch - as well as Netflix. Unlimited internet data is also available. I would require you to take great care of our fur babies, water our minimal garden if we don’t have any rain, as well as scoop the leaves off the pool. Other than that you can kick back and relax.

This housesit would be perfect for a retired couple and for people travelling without their own pet(s).
