The house is 20 years old, 5 bedroom 3.5 bathroom, study, with all facilities, pool, wifi, reverse cycle air conditioning, open fire, large living areas on 100 acres with great views, rural setting, friendly helpful people on neighbouring properties. Situated 17 km south of Cessnock in the Hunter Valley. We run cattle, currently reduced to 5 cows, 1 bull and 3 calves. The cattle will largely look after themselves. A neighbour runs the same breed and would willingly provide any assistance in the unlikely event it was needed. I n view of the drought it is likely that supplementary feeding will be needed which would just be a bale of hay probably each day or less if there has been rain.

There are no other animals to be cared for.

We have a cleaning lady once a fortnight which would continue at our expense.
