I have an 11 year old Kelpie/Doberman dog (Tessa) who sleeps inside at night but is happy outside during the day in the sunshine. Tessa loves going for walks but is getting slow going up hills. The garden is easy care but a few pots will need watering, the swimming pool may need some leaves removed. The house is in a quiet area with native bushland behind. It is 5 min drive from Hornsby and 20 min walk to the nearest train station.
