My home is a small 2 bedroom with a study/sitting room located in a quiet court. It has one bathroom, semi on-suite, heating and a portable air con. We have 2 pets that will need looking after. A Kelpie X male dog (Mitzi) and a male cat (Pepper). Mitzi needs to be taken for a walk/run each day at the local park. He is obedience trained and sits, stays and comes on command. He is very friendly to everyone and loves a good cuddle and play. Mitzi is an outdoor dog during the day; however, he is allowed inside at night. He has his own beanbag to sleep on.

Pepper is a permanent inside cat. He is very shy at first but when he gets to know you, he may want some pats. Pepper will need to be fed twice a day and have his litter tray cleaned regularly. He stays in my daughters room most of the time.

We would also like our mail collected. Any catalogues can be discarded into the recycle bin straight away unless you like to peruse them. Bin collection is every Wednesday.

Otherwise, keep the house tidy and clean. We have a cappacino machine where you can make your own coffee and hot chocs.

Also, I will need to garden watered most days especially if it is hot. I have a watering system that you can turn on/off for about 10min in morning or evening. My daughter has plants in her room that need care. Just water every couple of days.
