Hi everyone,

we have a 3bdrm, 2bthrm, single story brick home. The house has been internally renovated since we bought it last year and now has a modern open plan design. We ask that no shoes, aside from house slippers be worn on the bedroom carpeted floor thanks. The rest of the house is tiled throughout.

We are in a quiet area with friendly neighbours and are a short drive of less than 10 minutes to 3 separate shopping precincts.

As it nice and flat here then it is also great for bike riding (which we have and you can use).

If fishing or water activities are your thing then you will be happy to know that we are a 45mtr stroll from our front door to the waterfront.

Both my husband and i are non smokers. If you are a smoker that's fine we only ask that you do so on the back patio,thanks.

We keep our home neat and tidy and appreciate you doing the same when here, thank you.
