I have a nice two bedroom unit with small garden and decking area, only a few minutes walk from the beach as well as shops, cafes and train. My beautiful cat needs company and looking after, She is very affectionate and will happily spend all day on your lap if you let her, so cat lovers only please! Otherwise no requirements aside from cleaning up after yourself & perhaps watering the garden if it's dry.
