This is a large house overlooking the coastal plain - lovely views. We are 4 minutes from the centre of Kalamunda and there is a cafe and restaurant close by. We have a swimming pool and a great outdoor area and barbecue. There will be little to do besides just keeping an eye on things and enjoying the view. We do have some ducks who will need putting in their hutch at night and letting out in the morning. Any problems encountered can be seen to by my friends nearby.
