Scruffy usually sleeps with me on the bed, has her own sheet and pillow, washed every week, you can throw her bed on the floor, doesn't matter, she'll be next to you in no time, unless you shut the bdrm door, lol otherwise she'll sleep on the lounge, her lounge btw. I sit at kitchen table reading my books.

You can make use of all amenities, TV, DVD's, VHS, record player, cassette tapes, CD's large library of books, new stove, new A/C, new fridge, new bed, new fans, new clothesline bettr than the horizontal line, and if you feel energentic you can use the field across the road for kite flying, football, soccer, cricket uses are endless, Cane Toad Golf, bring your own clubs, remember one female Toad breeds 8,000 - 35,000 at a time, twice a yr, help our Aussie Wildlife to survive otherwise we won't have to worry about driving at night anymore
