2 older dogs to look after, 12 yr old blue cattle and 9 yr old red cattle who sleep inside. Yard fully fenced, some garden/lawn watering and maybe lawn mowed.

A/c home ,NBN connection, Netflix , walking distance to Artesian Hot springs pool and numerous restaurants. Large area to park a van/ trailer across road.
