We have a medium-sized older dog Ollie, 2 cockatiels and a lorikeet. We also have a fish tank. The lorikeet's cage needs cleaning daily, food and water changed daily, the cockatiels only need to be done once a week, the fish need feeding every second day. All animals are inside at night. The house is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, air-conditioned and heated. We are 10 mins walk from a bus trip to the city (1/2 hour) and 5 min walk to Westfield shopping centre. We have bush across the road for bush walks through the Cumberland State Forest. We are 2 mins drive to the M2 Pennant Hills entrance and exit.
