We live in a 3 x 2 house in the Northern Suburbs of Perth not far from the ocean. We live within easy walking distance of a shopping centre, cafes and movie theatre. Garage parking would be available for a small car.

We have an elderly gentleman living in a self contained granny flat attached to the back of our home. The main task of the housesitter is just to keep a friendly eye on him, and he does like to have a talk to people and is reassured by having someone living in the front house. At this time of the year the garden looks after itself, but collecting mail and an eye on the garden would e appreciated.
