Hi there, the requirements are fairly simple;

* Walk Water and feed my elderly Schnauzer dog

* Feed the cat and let her out in the morning and let her in at night.

* Keep the dog and the cat apart - the cat has her own room and has all outside to roam in. The dog will stay generally inside apart from being walked and watered.

* Keep an eye on the property and enjoy the waterfront view. Sorry no access to the boats however you can use the kayak and fish as much as you want off the jetty.

* Local Thai restaurant is ridiculously good and shopping centre is 3 mins drive away.

* No parties, No visitors, a good chace to relax and enjoy the surroundings
