Hi,

We would prefer a more mature person/ couple (40's 50's, 60's) to look after our 3 bed, 1 bath home on nearly 1700Sqm (with a ride on lawn mower to use if you are confident in its use, but lawn mowing is not a requirement, as there is a bit of a slope to the land) located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Muswellbrook ( Hunter valley) about 1.5 hours from Tamworth and Newcastle.

We have 2 dogs, and whomever would like to house sit for us MUST be comfortable with large dogs as our boy, while mostly quiet and gentle, can be intimidating to someone who is not comfortable in his presence and a 'little' girl who is about 20kg and is very loving and likes to let you know who is around.

We also have a fish tank that requires minimal attention but twice daily feeding and a few plants and garden beds that need watering.

This is our first House Sitting experience and we would prefer to meet our sitter at our home before our trip, to make sure you are comfortable with our dogs and they are comfortable with you before we go. We are looking on several sites as we understand this may be short notice.
