My previously organised house sitter has fallen through at the last moment and I am now looking for another. My husband and I are looking for a house carer for almost 3 weeks, beginning 24 December. We plan to return home approx 13 January 2017. We have a 4 bedroom 2 storey home in West Pennant Hills. It has an average size garden with several gum trees.

The lawn requires weekly mowing and regular watering as it dries out quickly in the summer heat.There are also several pot plants that need regular watering.

We require someone to be able to keep the house, garden and yard in good order and keep the lawn mowed. And the mail collected

We no longer have a pet but are reluctant to leave our house and garden unoccupied in the holiday period

We require a non smoker. We are interested in either a couple or a single person, but unfortunately no children.
