We have a lovely warm, comfortable brick home that is passively heated and usually only needs a fire at night in winter. We are 5 mins drive from the beach, and a short drive to St Helens and local attractions like Bay of Fires and Freycinet Peninsula. We have 3 cats and 3 acres (low maintenance) in a beautiful, quiet part of north east Tasmania. We also have a veggie garden and are non-smokers.
