Looking for a quiet non smoker with excellent references.

House is on the small side (2 bedrooms) so not suitable for a large family.

Have 1 outside dog (greyhound, tame loveable) & 1 inside cat to look after:

House close to beach, transport, shops & major roads.

Yard will be maintained whilst I’m away so no need to worry about that.
