We have a lovely 4 bedroom 2 story home in the picturesque Mitta Valley right beside a river and creek. Kitchen has all mod cons and there are 3 bathrooms.

It's perfect for artists and writers as there is an abundance of peace and quiet.

We will need house sitters who can operate a wood heater - it's easy and there is plenty of wood stacked in the wood shed.

We have one Labrador and one Border Collie to look after and chooks and native birds and also horses and cows to feed some hay to.

We are looking for non smokers.

There is a supermarket 15min drive away and two pubs, 5 and 10 mins drive.
