This is a 3 bedroom unit located in a secure complex with beautiful grounds and a swimming pool. You will have the spare bedroom, which is hardly used and set up comfortably with a double bed.

I have 2 cute, cuddly, demanding, excessively fluffy cats who will need some love and attention with breakfast and dinner included.

I have a lovely back garden to enjoy.

Buses 2 and from Fremantle, Perth City, Garden City shopping centre and Murdoch train station are right outside the front of the complex.

You will have a secure parking bay to keep your car in.

This is a comfortable, safe and serene little place to stay in. I have lived here off and on for 10 years. Care of my 2 cats will be the most important factor.
