This is a large modern household in a thriving location close to major shopping centres and 15mins from the beach. There are numerous parks close by with kids and families enjoying a rich healthy lifestyle. The house was built in 2010 and features ducted reverse cycle aircon, Foxtel, undercover outdoor gym with spa and TV. There are 2 activity rooms allowing for freedom of choice when relaxing and large outdoor entertaining area including BBQ. A new shopping precinct has just been opened a couple of minutes walk from home with restaurants, fast food, gyms and shopping. There are push bikes and a moped available to help get around.
