Hello, I am re-opening this assignment as the lovely young person who was going to take it on is now not able to do it. Before you agree to take on the assignment, I would like to meet you and explain how the house works (not complicated) and about Edgar Booboo (bit more complicated).

I am travelling to Japan for about 2 weeks from 14 September to 2 October and am looking for a person to stay in the house and look after my little dog. There is no need to stay at home during the day as Edgar is used to being alone when I go to work.

I live in a rented small 2-bedroom house in the leafy part of Tempe. The house is equidistance from Tempe and Sydenham stations, about a 10 minute walk to either (I recommend Sydenham station as there are more train options). The house is old but quite comfortable, light and airy with dishwasher and laundry facilities. There is a garden and a deck. The garden will not require any work apart from watering the plants in pots a couple of time a week if the weather is very dry. I have a cleaner who comes fortnightly.

Edgar Booboo is a fox terrier cross (possibly with Besanji), about 10 years' old. He does not need a lot of exercise, though I like to walk him twice a day, and is used to being on his own during the day when I am at work. EB does have some problems, he is very anxious and needs to take medications twice a day. Although he is very much a one-person dog, he also adapts quickly to another person taking care of him when I am away.
