My home is about 3km from the centre of Geelong and near the Ring Road for quick access to Melbourne, Torquay and the Geat Ocean Road.

Molly, 16 month old, happy, miniature poodle is my major concern. There are also two guinea pigs living free in the garden. The house has two bedrooms and an office/studio with kitchen, dining room, lounge and bathroom. The house is set in a private garden.
