We are on holidays until mid April and are looking for clean, tidy and responsible house sitters for our 12 year old home. It is in a quiet area in a nice estate in Pakenham with an easy to look after established garden. There are some indoor and outside pot plants that will need watering.There are no pets to look after. Our 18 year old grandson who lives with us will be present for much of this time. He is employed full time and is independent with meals, laundry etc. He is a quiet young fellow and understands that no friends come here while we are away and that absolutely no parties or get togethers are allowed. He has certainly been respectful of this matter with us. A section of the house at the back is where he stays and it has his bedroom, bathroom and a toilet. The master bedroom and ensuite are at the front as is a separate lounge area. Our grandson keeps to himself most of the time, does not play loud music and would rarely if ever watch one of the televisions in the family room or lounge area. He really does keep to himself. There is a circular driveway with ample off-street parking however the double garage will not be available for use.
