You will require a police clearance and checkable references for this sit. We have a small, basic (no air con, tank water and septic) house in beautiful Bargara. The ocean is at the end of the street (a couple of klms). The township with boutique shops, pub, restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries etc and popular swimming beaches is a few minutes drive or a half hour easy pace walk and a small shopping centre with 2 supermarkets, chemist, newsagent etc is even closer. We have 3 cats and some fish in an outside pond that will need to be cared for. As it will be the rainy season, the lawn could need to be mowed a couple of times. We have cane farms across the road on one side and grazing cattle on the other. If this sounds like a fit for you please let us know. There is plenty of room and 2 way access for your van/motorhome.
