Hi! We're looking for an experienced and mature house sitting couple who would like to relax on the Gold Coast looking after our house and pampered pooch!

We have a rescued Jack Russell x terrier who is a much loved and rather spoilt boy! He has a very sweet nature, loves his walks, gets on well with people but is not keen on other dogs. He was rescued from the floods up north a couple of years ago so has anxiety issues with thunder and loud rain but apart from that he is great fun and good company.

Our 4 bedroomed home is 20 minutes from the nearest beach and 30 minutes from Surfers Paradise. There's a local train station 5 minutes away right next to the new Westfield Shopping centre and there are trains to Brisbane every 30 minutes.

Shops and park are all within walking distance and we live in a quiet and safe area. There's a lake about 10 minutes drive away and the dog will give you directions how to get there!

We are going to the UK for 2 weeks so are looking for a couple who can walk him twice a day and give him plenty of fuss.

He loves company so retired or semi retired house sitters are ideal as he likes the attention.

There are 3 goldfish to fed too but they are very well behaved :-)

We have some plants that will need watering and a pool that will need the occasional leaves removed but apart from that, this is a really relaxing house sit.
