Yamba is surrounded by water.

Huge tv in lounge.....tv in our bedroom which will be yours.....foxtel boxes in lounge and bedroom.

Travellers (fold up) bikes for your use. Ride to Kalora Lake or the Clarence.

Take the dogs in the doggy carrier (rickshaw) if you have the energy...lol.

Tennis rackets and balls for your use.

Swimming pool and spa, Library, golfing practice net, billiards....

Doggies don't need (or like) long walks....just sit on a seat in a park (or on the beach) and they will wear themselves out playing and chasing each other.
