We have a three bedroom, three bathroom house, with open plan living and kitchen overlooking garden, large deck and water views. Our place is about an hour's drive south of Sydney. There is a tenanted unit underneath the house. We have two beautiful nine year old Burmese cats who are very people-friendly and love laps. You must love cats. Our garden is compact and needs watering during your stay.

We are 700 metres to the beach and a free 50 metre sea water pool, and 500 metres to the train station with an hourly express train to Sydney . The big deck is great for early evening drinks to watch the abundant bird life - King Parrots, Lorrikeets and sulphur-crested cockatoos. Theres a walking bush track 50 metres away and a cycle coastal path all the way to Wollongong. Ten rock swimming pools dot the surrounding coastal villages.

We also have great coffee, cafes, co-op, supermarkets, bottle shops and atms. A local theatre venue attracts wonderful music/bands and movies
