3BR house in the coastal town of Portland. Walking distance from town and local beaches, or short drive out to Cape Bridgewater.

I have 2 German Shepherds, both very friendly and well behaved, that need feeding and walking daily. Other than that, there is minimal upkeep around the house.

Portland is a part of the Discovery Coast, the western end of the Great Ocean Road and fantastic for someone who loves anything from beaches, fishing, hiking, 4wding, history to whale watching. Southern Wright whales migrate past Portland each year between May and October. There are numerous deep sea fishing charters operating from the area that are currently catching huge Tuna. The local beaches and coastline are absolutely stunning and of course there is the 250km Great South West Walk for those that way inclined.

Portland is only an hour from Warrnambool, the start of the Shipwreck Trail and home of Flagstaff Hill.

The opposite direction, about an hour away is Mt Gambier, SA. Another terrific place to visit and one of the best places in Australia to do go cave diving. (If appropriately qualified to do so)
