Non smokers & non pet owners please. No pets to care for. Very minimal gardens. No grass just a few flower bed on reticulation. Spa maintenance required. 2 storey near new, fully air conditioned, secure home close to city and public transport, in quiet laneway location. Short walk to shops and many cafés and restaurants. Secure garage parking for 1 car but no room for caravans. We will be taking our wifi with us so sitters will require their own mobile or wifi internet connection. As we have no pets and very little garden to care for and are away for an extended time we will require the sitters to pay their own power bills, however there are 19 solar panels so bills are minimal. References required. Police clearance preferred.
