We live in a in a very quiet street with retired neighbours, we are five minutes walk to both Queens Park and Centennial Park and about a 12 minute walk to Bondi Junction.

It is a single story house with a big west facing kitchen / dining area and a fairly big back yard. The house has wifi and foxtel.

We are looking for someone willing to look after our 1 year old Welsh Terrier called Chester. My partner John works from home 80% of the time and we would prefer to find someone who is able to be present for a similar amount of time. Chester is a typical welsh terrier which means he is intelligent with selective hearing and can't be trusted off the leash, he needs a half hour walk twice a day, for mental stimulation as much as anything. He is very happy to laze around with you the rest of the time.

We are going overseas for the period of 12-28 july however my 15 year old son will need access to the house on the 22nd in order to collect his kit for boarding school.
