Keep plants and chickens happy and healthy, the house clean and tidy. Provide own food/drink. Quiet guests are essential - not a party house. We have a tennant downstairs.

The house is a pole frame timber home nestled into the bush at the back of Nelly Bay. We are 10 min walk to the beach and 3 min walk to a bus stop. Koalas are regulars in our front garden as are wallabies and many birds. We are constructing an extension but this doesn’t interfere with the living space upstairs. We have a lovely pool.

Perfect for a couple as you’ll stay in our comfy guest room upstairs.
