We live on a farm on a sealed road, (easy to find) the homestead is about 30 years old and the farm is leased, so no need to bother with anything in that department, although if you like catching yabbies a dam next to the house will provide them.

We have a little chihauhua who loves people and company, not so much other animals, but we love him and needs some one to look after him whilst we are away. The garden would also need a bit of water if you don't mind. We are only 15 mins from Katanning which is a fairly big town with Woolworths and other shops, restaurants and most things.
