The main focus for us in requiring housesitters is our 2 dogs to be cared for. Dave 9yr old Jack Russell x & Henry 7 yr old Poodle x. Both dogs are rescue dogs, are house trained & are generally well behaved. We live on 1/4 acre secure fenced yard. All food for dogs will be purchased prior to us leaving. There is a vet in town should any unforeseen event occur.

The house is a two bedroom home gas heating or air conditioner if required. Overhead fan in lounge room & portable fan if required elsewhere. Ride on mower or motor mower if required & some watering may be needed if weather requires the same. Undercover area with BBQ for use.

If you own a caravan/RV there is plenty of room in the back yard with 3 phase power availabe. Carport available to park car under.

Holbrook is a rural town 70k from Albury or 80k from Wagga. The town has doctors, pharmacy, hospital, IGA, postoffice, newsagency, butcher, Bowls/Golf Club, cafes, & lots of intersting historical things to see.

The area surrounding Holbrook offers lots of things to see & do, the Murray River near by, Snow fields, Hume Dam, fishing etc.
