3 bedroom house only 600m from Albion train station.

Small yard with no expected care (no need to mow etc).

One large very friendly dog (outdoors while people are not home, indoor on his bed at night, very well trained, a walk a day keeps him very happy)

2 cats (indoor, so litter tray will need maintaining)

VERY nerdy house, full of sci-fi memorabilia, collectables and toys. Not very kid friendly as a result, sorry!
