Hi,

We are travelling on a holiday overseas. Our home is very low maintenance; no lawn, mainly native front and back gardens with an in-ground swimming pool that can be closed down beneath its winter cover.

Our house has fully-ducted reverse-cycle air conditioning. There are three bedrooms but two are used for storage. The main bedroom includes a large built-in wardrobe and mirrored dressing table. There is one remodelled bathroom that includes a large shower enclosure, toilet, bathtub and double-sink vanity unit. The lounge has reclining leather chairs and a 55" Samsung LCD 'Smart' TV with home theatre sound. The small dinette includes a built-in computer desk. The kitchen has gas hotplates and a large convection + microwave stove on one of the bench tops. The cupboard space is serviceable with an adjoining pantry/laundry. There is a large family-rumpus room with an open wood-burning fireplace and built-in spa pool which will probably not be working.

We are approximately thirty minutes from Adelaide CBD by car, ten-fifteen minutes to Colonnades Shopping Centre, Christies or Pt Noarlunga beaches and twenty minutes to the McLaren Vale & Fleurieu Peninsula wine regions. Metro bus and local shops are within walking distance if reasonably fit. The metro train is a five-minute drive away.

We have a "special needs" long-haired white cat. She is about three-years old, de-sexed, vaccinated, micro-chipped, litter-trained and deaf. She is excessively territorial and does not tolerate other animals. She is used to wearing a halter and we regularly take her out in the front or back garden on a lead.

Because of reduced bedroom space, this would not be good for children. We would prefer a mature couple and police clearance is required. We'll be happy to send photos.
