Must hate cars. Not absolutely necessary, but if you do this might be for you.

Must like old, blind, half deaf but very cuddly dogs. We have one, but still quite switched on.

Must like boats, and have boat skills. This is a boat access only property. Jetty, yes. Garage, no.

Bar Point is about 20 minutes by boat from Brooklyn. Unless you have your own, the boat comes with the house. Your car would live at a marina in Brooklyn.

Brooklyn in about 1 hour from the centre of Sydney by road (outside peak times) or by train from Hawkesbury River station.
