Hi, I have a well kept, clean and tidy 30 year old family home very close to the beach in Perth with a local shopping centre within walking distance, approximately 2-3 minutes.I am looking for someone to house sit and care for a very friendly 16 year old cat, she has a cat door so is inside or outside as she pleases. She requires no medication and has no kitty litter inside. Probably her biggest failing is sitting on whatever you are reading. I also have a salt water pool. The chemicals will need no monitoring over this period. The pool baskets will need emptying once a week or more often if windy, the pool vacuumed once a week and an eye kept on the water level. The garden is reticulated from a bore so no watering problem but the lawns would need mowing a couple of times in this period. My daughter and son, both married and home owners live about 10 minutes from my house so any unforeseen emergencies can be directed to them. I am looking for a responsible, mature person or couple preferably with police clearance. Non smokers only please. I would need the person/persons to be available before the 12th to go through "how everything in the house works."
